To those that failed, don't give up! Failing the PE exam does not instantly detract from your skill as an engineer, nor does passing it make you a better one. Take a few weeks to digest the results, then take a hard look at your diagnostics, create a study plan, follow it through, and KILL the exam come October! Whats the passing score like? 
Not sure. The NCEES just says PASS. Apparently the texas board website will have more data once results are posted there, but they aren't up yet.
