Study Material for General PM and Mechanical PM

Hi All,

I have been out of graduate school for 5 years now. Taking FE in Oct'10. I have not been able to decide about general or Discipline Specific PM. I started going thru MERM a week ago. Is MERM good enough for general PM? If not what is needed? Also what study material is needed for Mechanical PM? I would appreciate the comments.
