Thanks - some people just don't get it. When someone asks a question that's esoteric or hard to find, that's one thing and I'm happy to help. But when it's something elementary or should be obvious with a tiny bit of research, yeah - I think it needs to be pointed out. As I said, we're engineers (problem solvers). Let's leave the spoon feeding to the business majors..........
