Out of State Testing

I was looking at the website for testing for the Oct PE and it looks like they are changing the proctoring rules. The info seems incrdibly confusing though. I was allowed to take the AZ PE in VA in April... but can't figure out if that will be allowed for the Oct exam. I emailed ncees and am waiting for a response. Does anyone know anything else about this change?

i don't think that new rule is effective until Fall 2010 so you should be fine unless the statute has been changed in your state
