where in CERM can I find information on carcinogens and its acceptable risk to humans ??

that depends on who you ask. EPA has a risk managment range for carcinogens 1x10^-4 to 1x10^-6 as being ok.

Can you offer more information than acceptable risk range for carcinogens? Like snickerd says, acceptable ranges are typically 1E-04 tp 1E-06 with many people hanging their hats on 1E-06. However, it seems you are looking for mroe than the threshold for carcinogens.
