I went to https://ncees.org/Exams.php Selected New Hampshire from the pull down clicked on the blue button that said "click here to register or login" After I logged in, there is a section that says Exam Registration History and there is a "Results Notice" link under that on the right.

I still haven't received an email from NCEES indicating the result was out even though I got it over an hour ago.

I passed the FE in New Hampshire. I'm not up to 25 posts yet, but I should be by the end of the day.

No email. I went to the NCEES page as you said and instead of saying something like "Results Not Available" it said "Results Notice" and it was a pdf of the results letter.
