That is like a slap. The firm (Canadian) I belong to provides 2% to 7.5% raise per year based on performance and gave me 20% for getting my PE. I have noticed an increase in job postings I would definitely send out some resumes and see what the market stirs up.

I am registered in AZ and have never heard anyone being licensed without 4 years of supervised work under a PE. I believe even with registration from another state they still require work / character references from PE's that have known you for a period of time.

Arizona lets NCEES tell us we passed then we wait until January Board meeting to bless the results and get numbers assigned after that. Board meets Jan. 22nd for any curious AZ passing examinees. :juggle:
