I try to apply for PE exam but one of TX board requirements statement from employer of proficiency in written& spoken English

what should be included and there is any one have example. ..

DId you go to ABET school? If that the case, why they even need it since most college required Toefl...you can stated that you took Toefl test long time ago for college admission. If you can get the score it would be better!
