Why EES-states are still on hold ??

This cannot be coincidental guys. ELSES-states are receiving their results, even starting last week, and EES-states are still on hold. And more disturbing is that ELSES is a direct affiliate of NCEES, as written on their web.

This relationship does not smell right to me. Maybe EES is not to take all the blame after all ?
