You have to go to License LookupJust curious where on the DPOR website results are listed?
As far as I know, they don't list the results on their website..Just curious where on the DPOR website results are listed?
They don't list the actually result, what they do is add you to their database of registered engineers if you passed. Use the license search they have, http://www.dpor.virginia.gov/regulantlooku...FTOKEN=27077092, then click the check box for professional engineers and search away.Just curious where on the DPOR website results are listed?
That is a million dollars question. Though we will know soon if not by the end of the day. If NCEES does not send you email then DPOR it is. I am smart, right? :dancingnaughty: :dancingnaughty:Can anyone confirm how we in VA will receive results?
NCEES website or DPOR letter
Come on Virginia. Your fellow Commonwealth (Ohio) has done the right thing already. Don't disappoint..
We can still hope otherwise. You won't hear anything today or this week for that matter due to the fact that your state like mine (I'm from PA) use PCS's testing service.
In an email conversation with them today I asked them that since the results were released today is there any chance that I will be able to get my results today or tomorrow.
Reply:
"No sir. They were sent to EES, and after reconciliation you will receive them. Sometime next week more than likely."
So take that for what it is worth. I have no idea what kind of "reconciliation" needs to be done but it sounds to me like PCS isn't going to get this "reconciliation" completed until next week.
From looking at the Ohio thread, seems that way.Ohio got PE results?
Why NCEES will be giving us wrong information then? Why?You won't hear anything today or this week for that matter due to the fact that your state like mine (I'm from PA) use PCS's testing service.

I just called NCEES. They said that they released the results to the state and that they had to wait for permission from the state to release the results to us.Why NCEES will be giving us wrong information then? I just emailed DPOR licensing specialist, and was informed that they expect to recieve results sometime in January. The email said that they had not recieved any results as of today. I'm assuming the results must go through PCS first, then to DPOR. Hopefully I'm wrong and our scores will be available on the NCEES website.
Why must there be so much bureaucracy involved just to relay an exam result? Why NCEES will be giving us wrong information then? Why?You won't hear anything today or this week for that matter due to the fact that your state like mine (I'm from PA) use PCS's testing service.

Does EES = PCSHQ? My understanding of things is that the results go from NCEES->PCSHQ->State Board->You. Is there another agency in there somewhere (EES)? It kinds of seems like a cluster fark....
