VA Land Surveyor Exam

Has anyone taken the Land Surveyor Exam in VA? Do you know of a good compiled review manual available? The societies of some states offer one but I have not been able to find one for VA and I will be taking the exam in April.

PS material is far more state-specific. One of my friends is PS in three states and he can't even carry continuing education credits from state to state. He has to travel to do his continuing ed each year.

And of course, he had to take the PS exam in each state - no comity.
