UTAH FE RESULTS

The NCEES server is down. I basically cannot click the Results Notice link in the NCEES Exam Registration Details. But there is another link called "UT_Pass_Flyer". It looks like this might be saying I passed, but Its worded so horribly.

Any Utah People able to tell me if this letter signifies that I passed or do I need to wait till the crappy NCEES server is online and look at the the Results?

Im not 100% on this but I know NCEES only gives diagnostics to those who don't obtain the minimum passing score, sooo I would say congrats!!!
