Has anybody found CERM useful when studying for the SE? The structural section seems rather dense with information and I am personally thinking about keeping it for a while if I, in fact, do decide to take the SE.

The one thing lacking in the SERM and other structural study material that is much better in the CERM is the out-of-plane masonry wall examples. There are also good examples of partially grouted walls. Other than that, I wouldn't waste your money.
