Any word on the TX PE Civil results? I just joined the message board hoping to avoid an ulcer at this point!

At this point, I should receive a lifetime achievement award and a slow clap every time I show up for the exam! I may be funding the Board with the fees I pay for each test!

@JD2017 We feel your pain on the repeats man. It's rough. But at least you haven't given up though. What test did you take? In Texas they give your percentage score right? After the curve or whatever. How close have you been to passing?

Ha! Yes....this. I'm right there with you - "Oh, hi welcome back, have a seat - this won't hurt a bit".

I'm hoping for glory this time around so that I can have a ceremonial CERM burning...ok, I probably won't actually do that, but does it count that the thought has crossed my mind?

By the time I pass they'll probably introduce CE for PE's, so I'm thinking about just giving them my credit card now - "go on, TAKE IT *******!"

Minor rant over...sorry. Best of luck to you!! In the meantime, I guess we'll just have to cultivate that ulcer with everyone else...

@fujichan lol you made me laugh!!! I think we all want to burn the CERM at some point but we cannot deny this brick did help us to some extent!

When I took the PE many years ago, Texas normally had the results up around Dec 20th.   (In fact my certificate is dated 12/18.)

I haven't opened that CERM since exam day and I will finally be able to return the book to my boss if I pass.  Less temporary clutter is good clutter.  The new exams are starting to have less questions that are straight from the CERM these days anyway.  I will definitely burn all the binders with notes and problems that I've worked on the past year if I pass.

I had a coworker ask me recently if she could borrow the EERM from me and I was all, "I DON'T KNOW IF I HAVE PASSED IT YET."

You guys, don’t burn it! Sell on amazon for some candy! Lol! Or give away for those who is going to take the exam! Even recycle this brick

I will definitely be hanging on to my MERM regardless of the exam result next week, but can't say the same about the solved-problems book...MESP. I'm sure PPI publishes one for every discipline.... man that's a nasty little book. Those problems are from back when the exam was only 8 questions and you had to pick 6...

I'm thinking about a fire lighting ceremony the evening of Dec. 8th which will begin with MESP, a bottle of wine, the other half by one side and the doggie on the other..... one can dream right?

Good luck to us all next week....

I took Civil  - Water Resources.

I got a 68 and a 69 the first two times I took it. After that, scores got worse.
