Mount Pleasant Company seeking Thermal Engineer
Growing Mount Pleasant company is seeking a Thermal Engineer. The job involves a thorough knowledge of thermodynamics, thermal engineering, electronics, Computational Fluid Dynamics, Applied Thermal Engineering, and Computer Literacy.
You will be using spreadsheets and computers to ensure the proper settings for a Process Heater used in an industrial setting. All company and federal safety regulations will be expected to be followed. You will also have to understand all the blueprints and electrical diagrams of the system for troubleshooting, as well as being able to set the Process Heater. The ability to program the Process Heater controller is useful, but not required.
You should be a clear communicator, both verbal and written, and enjoy working in a team. You should be comfortable with both in plant and on site work, and occasional troubleshooting of client problems.
The position will be full time, M-F with major holidays off.
