I rather write a report than prepare the silly report figures for a Phase I

I never knew what all the fuss was about bad DMV's until I moved here. Four trips and a combined total of 8 hours worth of waiting later and I've accomplished the following:

1. Get Jeep registered - NOT ACCOMPLISHED

2. Get my driver's license - ACCOMPLISHED

3. Get wife's van registered - ACCOMPLISHED

Guess who got three additional years of my registration fees and taxes for the Jeep... Virginia. Fuck Connecticut.

Guess that makes up for us keeping the cars registered in Alabama while we are here... lol... what is this thing called "emissions testing" they have here?, you charge how much for this thing called an "inspection"? no thanks

emissions test in Dinwiddie? Huh? They must have implemented some new black magic in the legislature for that kind of nonsense to occur. That emission stuff is only for the northern virginia folks.

no that would have been in colonial heights I think... regardless though we are still better off keeping them registered in Alabama
