canned meat products are questionable, though I like the Frank's Buffalo Chicken Dip

Frank's Red Hot Sauce

Canned Chicken

Cream Cheese

Blue Cheese

Blue Cheese Dressing

I make a similar version with Greek yogurt and just blue cheese crumbles. Less saturated fat and calories.

instead of the dressing? or the cream cheese?

Cream cheese. Both blue cheese and dressing seems excessive to me so I see no reason to even include the dressing.
