Had to make a new appointment for the internet install; they cancelled the one for today without reason. Getting the first month free and meeting the installer out there next Saturday at 8am. It's gonna be another long day on Saturday...

the free month is only a perk, but I was out there waiting for 5 hours instead of going to get replacement parts cause they were giving me a 20 minute heads up call. Had I left, they woulda bailed anyway once they showed up and I wasn't there!
