Freezing rain has hit hard. One school bus overturned. Minor injuries only per recent report. Schools remain open, emergency response and public transit vehicles to be chained (school buses included).

Seeing a lot of people sliding around without headlights on. If walking, spikeys highly recommended.

Winters here folks! :bananalama:
Stay safe!
Yes, Bly stay safe!

Why is everything about Blow around here?
No, its hookers & blow!!

I'll be safe till time to go home, expecting snow to cover the ice before I leave. Gonna walk home as it'll be safer than trying to drive.

I should have asked about AC slatering. no toilet talk just workstation. all about 90 deg angles. and apparently all of our chairs suck.

That reminds me of this Tower Company I worked for when I was a younger sport, "If you fall off the Tower, you're fired!"

must be bad if they're talking about closing schools in your neighborhood...

It's cold (39F) and rainy here and everyone's glued to the weather forecast.

Several schools already closed as wx was there before busses headed out. Others are keeping kids at school where its safe instead of putting them on the road. If it had originally hit last night as forecasted, it woulda been a work from home day.

Stay safe out there, 39* will melt off before causing major issues. If it was that warm locally, it'd be better roads as they'd thaw out more.
