EG and me is correct. I was looking at a different section of my grammatical reference. :dunno:

 
This is one that always gets confused. You say it the same as if it was only singular. Big gap between EG. Big gap between me. You use the word "me" here because you are not using a preposition "I did", "I am", "I won't". You wouldn't say Big gap between I. So, in the plural sense, you would say big gap between EG and me.

 
Ya the rule of thumb is to leave one name off. If the sentence still makes sense, it is correct.
