Our CAD guys say they don't understand instrumentation drawings, so we have to do them ourselves.

I'm getting hollered at from time to time as I'll do my own drafting to get it done instead of passing it on to the drafter. Would take longer to sketch it up, hand it over & explain it than to just do it myself most of the time.

Was really used to doing all of the design and drafting with the ol company. Still getting used to the new hierarchy.

My company has one person in my current office who uses MicroStation and puts together road plans for the state I live in. That person is me. I've tried to get one of the drafters to help, but they don't even want to try to learn a new system.
