Position Title = Structural Engineer
Education Required = BSCE
Years Experience Required = 3
Position Description = Architectural and Engineering Firm specializing in the design of K-12 educational facilities is seeking a talented Structural Engineer in their Dallas, Texas area location. This office is staffed with one licensed PE and two Senior Engineering Technicians.
Working in a team environment under vigorous deadlines the primary responsibilities of the position will be to perform building analysis and design, coordinate Drawings with Architectural trade and other consultants, perform project site visits and review shop drawings.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in Structural Engineering in the production of contract documents; they must be licensed as a Professional Engineer or be eligible for licensing within 2 years and have hands-on experience and proficiency in AutoCAD 2005 or later.
