Shall i pursue PE Exam outside USA

Hi,

I am doing PhD in Chemical Engineering in Australia. I have done M.S in Chemical Engineering in Canada. I would like to become PE in USA, Shall i apply PE in USA  outside of USA?

Am i eligible to apply,

Could you please suggest?
