What is the most important parameter to select centrifugal pump ? Is is efficiency or impeller design or  revolution speed or flow rate

All those parameters are important (specially paint color ). But the specific speed (Ns) is important as well as it helps you decide whether to use axial, radial, mixed or even multi-stage centrifugal pump designs.

the answer to the original question is: there is no single most important parameter. The application will dictate which parameters drive the design, and all other are maximized or minimized in order to arrive at the most efficient solution, given your design objectives.
