For the wind on the parapet:

1) I would have used simple procedure.

2) If analytical is used isn't GCPi = 0.55?

3) Isn't GCP = -1.4 per note #5 on Fig. 6-11B?

4) Why are they using roof pressure on the parapet?

 
The GCpi is only used if you have a perforated parapet. The suction side of the windward face parapet wall (the backside of the windward face) is used for Case A using the zone 2 or 3 as it pertains to zone 4 and 5 of the front face. You use the suction of 4 and 5 for case B. The ASCE wind design guide shows this pretty well.
