Request for Reconsideration, Form 4A

I had my endorsers help me out with the descriptions on forms. Believing in my PE endorsers pe application experience, I haven't really payed much attention for the descriptions.

And last week I received a letter from NYSED saying that the board reviewed my professional experience and I am shy for 2 years.

I was looking forward too take the exam on October and I got this rather shocking news. However, after careful review of my forms 4A, I am in aggrement with the board. Several descriptions were not clear enough.

I want revise the descriptions and re-submit forms 4A right away. Has anybody gone through similar experience? What is the procedure?

what a doozie! I just got the good news, passed FE.

But I can't sit the exam on October because of not-well-written professional experience of almost 7 years.

I am required to have 6 years of experience since I graduated abroad.

The exact procedure will vary by state.

I have heard many many cases of engineers rewriting and resubmitting professional experience and getting approval for the same work that was previously denied. Writeup is as important as the work you did.
