It's a signalized interchange (Diamond Interchange) and traffic are backing up ~1 to 2 km onto the highway, what's the best method to measure the queue length (better yet, to know the exact number of vehicles in queue)?
The queues are getting too long to a point even if you are standing on the bridge structure, you can't see the end of it.
