Description:
The Team Lead, Engineering Projects leads a team of multi-disciplined project engineers, contractors, and support staff to insure the most effective implementation of major project activities for the Cooper River Plant. This is accomplished primarily through the application of Capital Value Process (CVP) and other project related best practices.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or relevant technical field.
* Ten years experience in Chemical Manufacturing, Refining, or upstream project engineering / management. * Fundamental knowledge of unit operations. * Documented success in leading teams and facilitating change. * Practical application of CVP. * Must be fluent in the English language.
Salary/Benefits: Salary commensurate with experience

The technology and commercial center in Naperville, IL, is the home of our sales, logistics, and commercial teams.
