So since it's three phase I started with S=VI*sqrt(3).  Then I used the V=IZ relationship to come up with S=(V^2/Z)*sqrt(3), resulting in the wrong answer.  

Can someone explain to me why this is wrong?  I seem to miss a lot of problems because I don't understand why sqrt(3) applies in some cases and not others.
