PE Mechanical MDM 2019, 20

I've been checking into the possibility of re-taking the PE MDM Exam Late 2019.

I noticed there will be a massive format change for 2020.

I understand that 2020 will be computer based? Sources provided?

That seems like a massive change.  Where can I find more details?

Who has already experienced this change on one of the other tests offered?
