Outdated School Of PE

Does anyone know if the 2013 School of PE notes and problems is too old to use to study off of? I'd like to go through each section and solve all the problems, but don't want to do it if the test has drastically changed.

Most of the stuff from old sample exams and reviews should still be relevant as there hasn't been any drastic changes in engineering techniques. The main thing you need to do is be familiar with the current test standards and make sure you aren't wasting time on topics that are no longer covered. At the same time, make sure you don't just use old notes and miss out on studying for new topics that were added. If the question involve code references, make sure you know what the current code is just in case the sample questions are solved using older codes.
