I’m having good TOPSIES timing today with these spams!

Spam, you ask? Nope. Sweet and spicy sesame tofu with udon noodles, topped with cilantro, sliced Persian cucumbers (my far and away favorite type of cucumber, outside of pickles), and sliced radishes. It’s SO GOOD!

I freeze n thaw tofu twice before cooking SPAM. Gives it better chew n texture SPAM. Sounds yummo though SPAM!

Nope, but my brother used to when around that age. He would try to play with me and I would just want to be the elf and then not do anything helpful.

Nice! I press it for preferably 5-6 hours before cubing and…

I just pan fry to brown, flipping all 6 sides like a lunatic.

pan frying only 3 (!!) times, because if you get three sides it’s not that noticeable to not have fried all 6 sides. I do focus on getting the two largest faces fried and then a third random side, when possible.

We bought a booster box and a land box. My 14 y/o wanted to start building from scratch. The gaming store also has D&D nights and Magic nights. Might be a good time.
