apt 5: for some reason the shared wall was the bedrooms (this was a standalone duplex) with the kitchen on an outside wall (with an unheated basement so frozen pipes were a real threat). And my neighbors were in their late 50s (my mom is early 50s) and it basically felt like I was living with my parents. Did not like. on so many levels. 

I would have so much fun with that...

Honestly i’ve Considered moving to a larger plot of land, but I’m not Sure if I can sustain the maintenance at this stage of life. My current lot is about 1/4 acre and i’m Having a hard enough time keeping up with it.

Perhaps one day.

I had a 5 acre lot I was planning to build on, but ended up selling it. I hope for more property one day.
