I've gone to a ton of these. They kinda leech into upstate NY or tried LI but then couldn't make the cut. Like Waldbaums or King Kullen, which are both being taken over by Stop and Shop? Shoprite = my moms favorite grocery and it's got a couple of locations on LI. I just like the can-can song/deals.There's also Pricerite in CT which I liked. And Shoprite in CT (which I think is in NJ too). I went to those 2 plus Aldi when I lived in CT.
Yeah, there's one right near Columbus, OH... Don't ever go there, though.I just google mapped it. Looks like it was an error in the "whitehall plaza" location (I guess there are multiple white halls here? Who knew)
So, basically, Maine = Mars.
Noted.Yeah, there's one right near Columbus, OH... Don't ever go there, though.
YES. THESE ARE TWO VITAL COMPONENTS OF MY EATING.I'm so concerned about your grocery store options. Struggles with poblano peppers AND leeks?!
I...don't think I'd fit in there.
1.3 million people spread out over 35385 sq mi. And the state is very old, very white, not super off if you're outside of the greater Portland area so no real incentive to open things here. We also have high business taxes
We don't have those in MaineI don't see any votes for Super Targets.
Because Super Targets suck. Limited produce, just a ton of microwave ****.I don't see any votes for Super Targets.
Leeks are a big thing here in Maine. At our farmers markets. Those we have a lot of!YES. THESE ARE TWO VITAL COMPONENTS OF MY EATING.
I mean, I guess I could do a ton of shallots and green onions for the leeks...but I really like leeks. And I really like peppers. And all they seem to have here are bell peppers?
The strength of your stomach must be the thing of legends. :respect:I personally like going to the SUPER, and I mean SUPER sketchy Ukranian/Romanian/Korean/Kazakh store for certain staples.
