Now, even though Publix is great, I may every once in a while, on occasion, sometimes, go to Fresh Market. I enjoy just walking around looking at all the random and local stuff you can't find in large grocery stores.

And most of the time their wine and coffee selections are fantastic.

I think your Fresh Market might be different from "The Fresh Market" on LI, which is expensive and not that great, tbh.  Not as good as Best Market, but they're being taken over by Lidl, so it's weird.

So do you go to walmart?
Bleck, no. I do my absolute best NOT to support the Walmart debacle but I do not shame those who do since in many parts of New England, it's the only option.

We have Hannafords (chain in NH, ME, VT, and MA based out of ME and owned by a German(?) company), Market Basket (MA chain in MA, NH, and 1 store in ME), Shaws (most of New England), Stop & Shop (doesn't exist in ME or VT that I've seen). Price Chopper is in VT and CT that I've seen

I've gone to Publix before!  There is one around an hour from where I am in Indy.  I used to hit them up a lot when my family visited Florida
Really? I'm on their website and the closest one I'm seeing is in Clarksville, TN.  :dunno:

Yeah! The Fresh Market. The two I've been to have been good.

I was thinking of exploring the ethnic grocery they have around here.  I'm just looking for leeks, ********, and it seems like there are none to be found here!
I'm so concerned about your grocery store options. Struggles with poblano peppers AND leeks?!

Thanks @LyceeFruit, I've never heard of ANY of these!
