All 6 New England states have front plates. VT you can skip the front plate only if you bought the "VT Strong" plate after Irene. 

NY and NJ have front plates.

I'm a couple years past 35 and yeah, things are definitely trending negative. At least I finally got all of the stuff scratched off my "before kids" list.

It's only in the northeast where people don't want to talk to strangers. Everyone else are so friendly that it's suspicious.

Not all of the Northeast. I talked to someone when i was in CT and she immediately knew I wasnt from CT (im from NH originally). Folks in some of the Maine stores wont stfu

We're in Northern California. We're *literally* burning up.

PA and Delaware are the only states in the northeast without front plates.

DE barely needs plates anyway. They have the extra small plates with only a few digits, prolly because there are so few cars.
