I hate Thanksgiving Meal. Theres nothing more boring and bland than turkey.  Now it seems like everyone wants to have this meal many many times around thanksgiving?! NO Thank you.  I want my chicken wings, not turkey the day before thanksgiving.  I dont need a team thanksgiving meal, a plant thanksgiving meal, a friends thanksgiving meal and a family thanksgiving meal?  Wheres the opt out of all thanksgiving meals button?

Not really, but the bacon gets crispy. One year, I put the bacon under the skin so it was right on top of the meat.The skin would crisp up then.
