So I can't speak for other states, but I just emailed the PCS and "politely" asked if they would be released before weeks end. The response that I received was:

[SIZE=11pt]"I'm hoping so, just waiting on one last thing. Thank you for you patience. [/SIZE]"

Somehow, I think that tomorrow will be the day based on the "one last thing" part.

very true, but I still do think that some of the PCS states will be notified by weeks end. I fear this to not be the case in PA or WI as they have historically not released scores until after the new year.

I must have then confused with another state, but I thought I had discussed it with some peoples from WI and they had to wait until after the new year. Could be older tests.

I believe that was for older exam cycles and before results were being released on the NCEES website.
