NCEES headquarters will be closed May 29 for Memorial Day. The office will reopen on Tuesday, May 30.

This works out well.
Notify everyone that they released the results by Friday and then they don't have to be there Monday to man the phones with people calling in about whatever.

Not necessarily. In 2013, 2014 and 2015 the results were released the week before Memorial Day. 2014 was the Thursday before and 2015 was the Friday before. 2012 was the Tuesday after. I don't think Memorial Day will play a factor at all, other than the results not being released next Monday. (Yes, I have too much time on my hands)
