NCEES Design Standards Update for 2013

Okay so I just printed off the latest update to the design standards off the NCEES website and I do not see what changed from the previous standards. Anyone else know what changes were made?

I know, they make it sound like they changed something. But as far as the Design standards, nothing changed. I am not positive about everything else, but I don't see anything that changed either.
