Position Title = Manufacturing Engineer
Education Required = Bachelor Degree
Years Experience Req'd = 3-5 years experience in a cascade refrigeration systems environment
Job Responsibilities =
- Work with the design & manufacturing functions to create a safe & efficient working environment.
- Establish processes & procedures that ensure a quality product is delivered to the customer in a timely manner.
- Proactively participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
- Update & upgrade processes using the latest methods & technologies.
Job Requirements =
- Strong verbal & written communication skills.
- Project Management experience
- Strong problem solving skills.
- CAD experience (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)
- Experience in metal fabrication, brazing, welding, and leak testing is a plus.
- Experience in new production line set up and debugging processes.
