It means that this is something they do every cycle. Don't get excited about it. Blow off some steam at the gym, or in the spam thread, or doing engineering work.

Based on this morning tweet, I am certain no PE results today. There is no way, they would tweet this message in the morning out if a release notice was scheduled for today. 

 Brace yourself for another week of waiting.

Last Fall, when NCEES released results. California put an announcement on their website letting them know, results would be out that day as well. So far the Board of CA hasn't put anything. So maybe another week...?
