I don't suppose anyone here will want this book because 1.) it's one edition old and 2.) as of the April 2013 PE exam, the Traffic Engineering Handbook will no longer be an exam reference (Transpo Depth). But, if anyone is interested, it's a good book in good condition. Let me know if you have any questions, want to see pictures, etc. Asking $35 shipped but I am open to negotiation.
