Iowa PE Results

Has anyone in Iowa received their PE or even FE results. If you do, please add it to the thread here and let us know which exam you took and when you got the results. And whether it was the Board or EES that sent the letter.

I'm waiting for my PE. I took the Iowa Board exam, but was proctored in New York. I was told the Iowa Board would send the results. They indicated sometime mid-January.

I am in Iowa, and have not received my PE results yet (as of yesterday after the mail arrived). I believe the Board will send the information, as I have talked to someone there, and she said that they would go out after everyone was put into the database, and the database was checked and merged with the word files to create the letters. Iowa is one of the last states to get everything, so they may as well keep that trend going with the PE results.

Still waiting. Didn't get anything in the mail today (Saturday Jan 5). Would appreciate it if other people who took the Iowa test would let me know. I'm in New York, so it might take me a few days longer than the others, but it shoudn't take too long.

Iowa is an EES (Extra Extra Slow) state, like PR, NJ and CT. I am also waiting but nothing in my mail yet (saturday Jan 5). My theory is that EES is sending "Pass" letters first, because is only one page and easier to send.

"Failed" letters require more time to prepare: 3 to 4 additional pages: diagnostics, EES brochure for April 2008 exam, etc.. Hope this is not your case, neither mine!!

Those who have received their letters, could you please let me know if the letter was from EES or the Iowa Board.

When i contacted the Iowa Board, they had said the Board would send the letter.

Yep, I had pretty much forgotten about the PE (by design) until Friday (the 4th) after work when I reached into the mail box and saw the letter. My hands were shaking while I was opening it. Now all that hard work has paid off! Congrats to anyone else who has passed.
