Illinois PE Exam Rules

Hi all,

Sorry if this question has been posed before but I cannot find an answer.

The Illinois rules are a bit more stringent than some states. I am trying to find out if Goswami's Civil Engineering PE Exam guide is allowed for taking the PE exam in Illinois. I know the CERM is allowed and to me Goswami's guide is just a more concise guide than the CERM. It is not a solution manual. The Illinois rules are a bit vague on this and I was wondering if anyone knew.

as long as its main purposed isn't to solve problems or is not a dictionary it should be good.
