I need help with this NCEES practice problems #515 for a compound curve. How did they get Delta 2 and use that to figure out the R2? From the solution Delta 2 is 32 degree. I came up with 29.5 degree. The Answer is B.

I converted the bearings to azimuths. The SE bearing in decimal decrees is S59.25°E then 180°-59.25°=120.75° azimuth. The NE bearing in decimal degrees is N88.75°E, and the azimuth is the same. Then the deflection angle is 120.75°-88.75°=32°.
