I need your help to understand if I am covering these two topics from the NCEES syllabus as I should.

These are two topics under Traffic Engineering-

Topic I-A. Uninterrupted flow (e.g., level of service, capacity)
Topic I-B. Street segment interrupted flow (e.g., level of service, running time, travel speed)

So far I reviewed LOS determination for a) Freeways 2) Multilane Highways 3) Two lane Highways. These are the only relevant materials I could find in my book. But I see these three cases are covered in HCM Volume 2 which is 'Uninterrupted Flow'. So I am NOT sure if I need to study additional materials for Topic I-B? If yes which chapter from HCM I can use to study?

Uninterrupted flow - Primarily Chapter 11 of the HCM. Uninterrupted flow occurs on freeways and/or road segments without traffic control or uncontrolled access points for more than 2 miles.

Interrupted Flow - Primarily Chapter 14 and Chapter 15
