You know what's crazy? In the state of Nevada, you can get a life sentence for cheating at the casino's. Life... for cheating.

I checked out Orenthal Simpson on one of those sites where you can look up a criminal record. Man, what a scofflaw. That guy had a huge string of traffic and other offenses. Not to mention beheading, which didn't show up there.

Actually, Friday evening Mrs Freon and I had a couple "brandy and orange juices" to commerate the event. It is my favorite early-morning on the golf course beverage. I have my mind back now....

Not sure. I heard a report that they were planning to put him in solitary due to his celebrity status. The other thing is that he's never been accused of having his way with young boys. That might extend his longevity a bit.

you're talking apples and oranges (pun intended). I don't think OJ will meet with a lot of malice. He's as ruthless, classless, and "gangsta" as the other tough inmates AND he was a pro football legend. As long as he resigns himself to be one of the boys and doesn't pull a superiority attitude, I believe he'll fit in nicely with the criminal element.

The sentiments aren't as strong about someone who kills thier wife as they are for a slimeball that preys on innocent kids.

FWIW, personally I don't think Nicole was an angel, but rather that she goaded OJ on until his violent temper exploded. Before all the hate mail starts, I'm not saying she deserved anything but rather that they probably deserved each other.
