I was comparing it to the NCEES squared PDF. Where it has the breakdown of each mechanical exam. http://ncees.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/02/Squared-20141.pdf

Oh yes, I forgot that NCEES provided the breakdown in that publication. Theirs is exam-centric while BPELSG's stats are license-centric.
