CPESR was the way to go for me. I came out of the test confident on 50/55 of the questions. It was the only on-demand class with CBT exams, and the instructor has very good quality videos. The test is all about speed, and knowing how to visualize triangles for the more trickier trigonometry problems. I highly reccomend reading Cuomo's book first, then taking the CPESR course. Mansour's book is a good reference to have on hand too.
